After practicing 15 Minutes of Focus for a couple weeks I began to see and feel positive changes in both my mind and body, but it wasn't until I went for a physical exam that I understood the impact these practices were having . My cholesterol has dropped 26 points, and my blood pressure has dropped 24 points in only 30 days, and I was able to avoid having to go on blood pressure medication. Both my physician and I were blown away - but the results speak for themselves! The information in 15 Minutes of Focus is simple, effective and easy to implement, and I can't recommend this book to enough people.

I have just recently started following '15 Minutes of Focus'and I can already feel a positive change in the way that I look and feel. I start my mornings with some of the exercises in the program and simply love how they leave me feeling energised, grounded, and ready for the day. I've always been a healthy person, but I find it so refreshing to follow a guide that doesn't solely focus on the aesthetics that come from exercising. The focus lies on being healthy from the inside out. I can feel a decrease in my stress levels - and it shows! I would definitely recommend this guide to anyone that wants to make easy and most of all - healthy - lifestyle changes - the results will speak for themselves.

I couldn't believe that getting in shape could be this simple - 15 minutes a day!? - and the results have been awesome! The exercise and nutritional programs are easy to start and even easier to stick to, because of the visibleresults. Drinking more water has made a huge difference in my life - I feel more awake and have an easier time getting out of bed, especially since I do the workouts in the morning. I now look forward to spending 15 minutes totally on myself. Practicing the massage techniques before bed has helpedmerelax more than I could imagine and I've been sleeping better than I have in years. To say I feel excellent would be an understatement.

'15 Minutes of Focus' was thorough and informative. It is an easy read, and I like how Devin explained his Anti-Aging philosophy in terms I could understand. His basic premise is that gentle exercise is better long term because it preserves our energy, while exercising intensely eventually leads to energy depletion. I hadn't considered this before, but as I was reading it, it clicked for me.
The exercises are gentle and easy to learn, and there are three levels that get progressively more engaging. The nutritional guide was refreshingly simple and guilt free - which is a nice change! And the concluding breathing and massage exercises are great for calming down at the end of the day and helping my body feel right.
Even though this program is built for the long haul, I noticed results almost immediately - and those around me did too. I've been receiving compliments on how I look every week :).
